全方位护理对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响 |

摘要：目的 探讨全方位护理模式对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养成功率、首次母乳喂养情况、知识掌握率及满意度的影响。方法 以2024 年6 月至2025 年6 月为样本选取时间，研究对象为120 例剖宫产产妇，按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组60 例，给予常规护理，观察组60 例，给予全方位护理，比较产后不同时间点的母乳喂养率、首次母乳喂养情况、知识掌握率及满意度。结果 观察组产后3 天、7 天及42 天复查时母乳喂养成功率均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组母乳喂养测量量表（BAT）评分各项评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组母乳喂养知识掌握率、总满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 剖宫产产妇实施全方位护理，能有效促进泌乳启动，提高母乳喂养率及产妇认知水平，收获更高的满意度。

The Impact of Comprehensive Nursing on Breastfeeding in Cesarean Section Mothers |

Abstract ： Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing care on the success rate of breastfeeding, first breastfeeding status, knowledge mastery rate,and satisfaction among cesarean section mothers. Methods From June 2024 to June 2025,120 cesarean section mothers were selected as the study sample and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table: a control group (60 cases) receiving routine care and an observation group (60 cases) receiving comprehensive nursing care.The breastfeeding rates,first breastfeeding status,knowledge mastery rate,and satisfaction were compared at different postpartum time points. Results The breastfeeding success rates at 3, 7,and 42 days postpartum in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The Breastfeeding Assessment Tool (BAT) scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the knowledge mastery rate and overall satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing care for cesarean section mothers can effectively promote lactation initiation,improve breastfeeding rates and maternal cognitive levels, and achieve higher satisfaction.
