CNP护理模式联合快速康复理念对妇科良性肿瘤手术患者术后应激反应的影响

摘要：目的 讨论 CNP 护理模式联合快速康复理念对妇科良性肿瘤手术患者术后应激反应的影响。方法 现随机选取 2017 年 9 月-2018 年 12 月期间在我院实施妇科良性肿瘤手术的 132 例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组样本数均为 66 例，对照组患者采取的是临床标准围手术期护理方法，实验组在此基础之上采取 CNP 护理模式联合快速康复理念，对两组患者术后应激反应情况进行观察。结果 术前，两组患者的血糖、血压、呼吸、心率水平以及焦虑和抑郁评分差异较小（P＞0.05）；术后，实验组患者的血糖、血压、呼吸、心率水平以及焦虑和抑郁评分明显要优于对照组，组间数据统计结果为（P＜0.05），统计学意义明显。结论 在妇科良性肿瘤手术过程中采取CNP 护理模式联合快速康复理念，可有效的降低患者术后应激反应程度，利于术后恢复，此方法应用效果较好，值得推广。

The effect of CNP nursing model combined with rapid rehabilitation concept on postoperative stress response in patients undergoing gynecological benign tumor surgery

Abstract: Objective To discuss the effect of CNP nursing model combined with rapid rehabilitation concept on postoperative stress response in patients undergoing gynecological benign tumor surgery. Methods A total of 132 patients who underwent gynecological benign tumor surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected as the research subjects. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method, with a sample size of 66 in each group. The control group received clinical standard perioperative nursing methods, while the experimental group received CNP nursing mode combined with rapid rehabilitation concept. The postoperative stress response of the two groups of patients was observed. Results Prior to surgery, there were minimal differences in blood glucose, blood pressure, respiration, heart rate levels, as well as anxiety and depression scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05); After surgery, the blood glucose, blood pressure, respiration, heart rate levels, as well as anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group patients were significantly better than those of the control group, and the statistical results between the groups were (P<0.05), with significant statistical significance. Conclusion Adopting the CNP nursing model combined with the concept of rapid recovery during gynecological benign tumor surgery can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative stress response in patients and facilitate postoperative recovery. This method has good application effects and is worth promoting.
