刮痧联合耳尖放血治疗肺部感染发热的护理应用

摘要：目的 探讨刮痧联合耳尖放血治疗肺部感染发热的护理应用。方法 选取2024年3月-2025年3月收治的80 例肺部感染发热患者，按随机数字表法分为2 组，各40 例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组基于对照组采用刮痧联合耳尖放血，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组退热起效时间、解热时间、完全退热时间、肺部感染症状缓解时间、生活质量均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论 对于肺部感染发热患者，采用刮痧联合耳尖放血的效果更好，能有效改善患者预后。

Nursing Application of Scraping Therapy Combined with Ear Apex Bloodletting in Treating Fever Caused by Pulmonary Infection

Abstract：Objective To explore the nursing application of scraping therapy combined with ear apex bloodletting in treating fever caused by pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 80 patients with fever caused by pulmonary infection admitted from March2024 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received scraping therapy combined with ear apex bloodletting on the basis of the control group. The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group showed significantly better results than the control group in terms of fever onset time, antipyretic time, complete fever resolution time, relief time of pulmonary infection symptoms, and quality of life (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion For patients with fever caused by pulmonary infection, the combination of scraping therapy and ear apex bloodletting yields better outcomes and effectively improves patient prognosis.
