试论对于心肾不交型失眠患者的护理——以蒙医玉石疗法与耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合为例

摘要：心肾不交型失眠作为临床常见失眠证型，其发病与心肾水火失调密切相关严重影响患者睡眠质量与生活水平，本文聚焦蒙医玉石疗法与耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合护理模式，系统梳理心肾不交型失眠的蒙医、中医认知差异，阐释两种疗法的核心内涵、操作要点及联合协同机制，分析国内外该证型失眠护理及特色疗法的发展脉络，总结联合疗法的临床应用场景、适用人群与实施路径，探讨未来操作标准化、循证证据完善及多学科融合、智能化发展方向。研究表明蒙医玉石疗法凭借玉石的寒凉属性调节蒙医“三素”平衡，耳部全息铜砭刮痧通过刺激耳部心肾反射区疏通经络，二者联合可实现水火既济有效改善心肾不交型失眠患者睡眠质量，为该类患者非药物护理提供新路径。

A Study on Nursing Care for Insomnia Patients with Heart-Kidney Disharmony Syndrome：A Combined Application of Mongolian Medical Jade Therapy and Auricular Holographic Copper Bian Gua Sha

Abstract：Insomnia with heart-kidney disharmony is a common clinical insomnia syndrome closely related to imbalance of heart fire and kidney water, which severely impairs patients’ sleep quality and quality of life. Focusing on the combined nursing model integrating Mongolian medical jade therapy and auricular holographic copper bian gua sha, this paper systematically compares the cognitive differences of heart-kidney disharmony insomnia between Mongolian medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),illustrates the core connotations, operational key points and synergistic mechanism of the two therapies, sorts out the development context of nursing and characteristic therapies for this type of insomnia at home and abroad, summarizes the clinical application scenarios,applicable populations and implementation paths of the combined therapy, and discusses future directions including operation standardization,improvement of evidence-based evidence, multidisciplinary integration and intelligent development. Research shows that Mongolian medical jade therapy regulates the balance of the three Mongolian medical humors by virtue of the cold and cool properties of jade, while auricular holographic copper bian gua sha dredges meridians by stimulating heart and kidney reflex zones on the auricles.The combination of the two therapies can achieve harmonious interaction between heart fire and kidney water and effectively improve sleep quality of patients with heart-kidney disharmony insomnia, providing a new non-pharmacological nursing approach for such patients.
