营养均衡饮食疗法在妊娠糖尿病患者产后护理中的应用

摘要：目的 分析妊娠糖尿病患者产后护理期间实施营养均衡饮食疗法的价值。方法 本研究甄选符合纳入及排除标准的妊娠糖尿病患者，初入组时间2024 年9 月，终入组时间2025 年12 月，通过随机数字法对患者分组，80 例患者分别进入对照组、观察组。对照组施以常规产后护理，观察组以常规护理为基准搭配营养均衡饮食疗法，比较两组患者血糖水平、营养状态、生活质量、满意度。结果两组护理前营养指标、血糖指标比较差异不显著（P>0.05）；观察组护理后营养指标高于对照组、血糖指标低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组满意度及生活质量高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 妊娠糖尿病患者产后护理过程中按常规护理干预同时，搭配营养均衡饮食疗法可保持营养均衡，稳定其血糖水平，提升产后生活质量、产妇满意度。

Application of Nutritionally Balanced Dietary Therapy in Postpartum Care of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract：Objective To analyze the value of implementing nutritionally balanced dietary therapy during postpartum care in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods This study enrolled patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, with initial enrollment from September 2024 and final enrollment in December 2025. Patients were divided into groups using a random number method, with 80 patients assigned to either the control group or the observation group. The control group received routine postpartum care, while the observation group received routine care combined with nutritionally balanced dietary therapy. Blood glucose levels, nutritional status, quality of life, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in nutritional indicators and blood glucose indicators between the two groups before nursing intervention (P>0.05). After nursing intervention, the observation group showed higher nutritional indicators and lower blood glucose indicators than the control group (P<0.05 ). Satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion In the postpartum care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, combining routine nursing interventions with nutritionally balanced dietary therapy can maintain nutritional balance, stabilize blood glucose levels, and improve postpartum quality of life and maternal satisfaction.
