生活模式规范化护理联合感知矫正训练对精神分裂症阴性症状改善的应用研究

摘要：目的 探究生活模式规范化护理联合感知矫正训练在精神分裂症患者阴性症状改善中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2023年1月-2025年6月收治的50例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组各25 例，对照组实施精神科常规护理，观察组在此基础上开展生活模式规范化护理联合感知矫正训练。对比两组患者干预前后阴性症状评分、社会功能评分、护理依从性及护理满意度。结果 观察组干预后的SANS、SDSS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的护理依从性为92.00%，高于对照组的68.00%（P＜0.05）；护理满意度为96.00%，高于对照组的72.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 在精神分裂症患者中，生活模式规范化护理联合感知矫正训练发挥着重要作用，有利于改善患者阴性症状，使其社会功能更强，解决了护理依从性和满意度偏低的问题，应用价值显著。

Application Study of Standardized Lifestyle Nursing Combined with Perceptual Correction Training in Improving Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of standardized lifestyle nursing combined with perceptual correction training in improving negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 50 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2025 were enrolled as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=25) and an observation group (n=25). The control group received conventional psychiatric nursing care, while the observation group received standardized lifestyle nursing combined with perceptual correction training. The negative symptom scores, social functioning scores,nursing compliance, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The SANS and SDSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05 ); nursing compliance was 92.00% in the observation group, higher than 68.00% in the control group (P<0.05 ); nursing satisfaction was 96.00%, significantly higher than 72.00% in the control group (P<0.05 ). Conclusion Standardized lifestyle nursing combined with perceptual correction training plays a significant role in improving negative symptoms and enhancing social functioning in patients with schizophrenia,effectively addressing issues of low nursing compliance and satisfaction, demonstrating substantial clinical value.
