基于IMB 技巧模型的延续护理模式对维持性老年血液透析患者营养状况的研究

摘要：目的 探讨基于IMB技巧模型的延续护理模式对维持性老年血液透析患者营养状况的影响。方法 将2025年01月～2025年10月作为本次研究时间，纳入如皋市中医院血液净化中心规律性血液透析患者，共有82 例高龄血透患者为研究对象，采用数字表将患者均分成2 小组，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以基于IMB技巧模型的延续护理，分析比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组T2营养不良发生率明显低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组人体测量学指标较对照组改善明显（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组实验室生化指标较对照组提升明显（P＜0.05）；观察组饮食依从性较对照组显著提升（P＜0.05）。结论 对维持性老年血液透析患者实施基于IMB 技巧模型的延续护理，有助于改善营养状况，优化人体测量学指标、实验室生化指标, 帮助患者提高饮食依从性。

Study on the Nutritional Status of Elderly Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients Based on a Continuity Care Model Using the IMB Model

Abstract：Objective To explore the impact of a continuity care model based on the IMB (Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills) model on the nutritional status of elderly patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods This study was conducted from January to October 2025, enrolling 82 elderly patients receiving regular hemodialysis at the Blood Purification Center of Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Participants were randomly assigned to 2 groups with a random-number table approach. Patients in the control group were treated with standard care, whereas those in the intervention group were given the same treatment continuity care based on the IMB model. Nursing outcomes between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of malnutrition in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05 ).Anthropometric indicators showed more marked improvement in the intervention group (P < 0.05 ). Laboratory biochemical parameters also improved significantly in the intervention group (P < 0.05 ). Dietary adherence was notably higher in the intervention group(P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Implementing continuity care based on the IMB model for elderly patients on maintenance hemodialysis helps improve nutritional status, optimize anthropometric and laboratory biochemical indicators, and enhance dietary compliance.
