Analysis of Compliance of Holistic Nursing Intervention in Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract:Objective Taking the nursing care of patients with chronic renal failure during hemodialysis as the research topic, this study explores the impact of holistic nursing intervention on improving patients' compliance. Methods From January 2023 to January 2025, 100 patients with chronic renal failure were selected as the nursing subjects and divided into the study group and the control group. Research group: Holistic nursing intervention, control group: Routine care. After recording, compare compliance, renal function, emotional state and quality of life indicators.Results Based on the fact that the index data of the research group were better after nursing, the difference in composition between the data and the control group was P<0.05.Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can improve the compliance of dialysis patients with chronic renal failure, and the nursing effect is good.
