循证护理在晚期恶性肿瘤并发肠梗阻患者中的应用具体研究 |

摘要：目的 探讨临床采用循证护理方式完成晚期恶性肿瘤合并肠梗阻护理干预的价值所在。方法 对我院2023 年1 月～2025 年6 月晚期恶性肿瘤合并肠梗阻患者共48 例以分组形式开展护理工作；本次护理干预小组划分依据为投掷硬币法；参照组（24 例）：临床选择基础护理方式展开疾病护理；研究组（24 例）：临床选择循证护理方式展开疾病护理。观察对比两组合并症患者的睡眠质量评分、并发症总发生率以及生活质量临床评定结果。结果 统计两组的睡眠质量评分结果，护理前两个组别之间的差别不明显（P>0.05）；护理后，研究组的评定结果呈现出明显降低（P<0.05）；并发症总发生率表现为显著性降低（P<0.05）；护理前，生活质量调查量表结果之间差异均不明显（P>0.05）；护理后，生活质量调查量表结果表现为显著性提升（P<0.05）。结论 临床对晚期恶性肿瘤合并肠梗阻患者在给予护理干预期间，合理应用循证护理方式展开，可促进患者睡眠质量以及生活质量的双重提升，降低并发症发生率。

Abstract：Objective To explore the value of using evidence-based nursing methods in clinical practice to complete nursing intervention for advanced malignant tumors complicated with intestinal obstruction. Methods A total of 48 patients with advanced malignant tumors complicated with intestinal obstruction in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2025 were given nursing care in groups. The division of the nursing intervention groups this time is based on the coin-tossing method. Reference group (24 cases) : Clinically, basic nursing methods were selected to carry out disease care; Research group (24 cases) : Clinically, evidence-based nursing methods were chosen to carry out disease care. Observe and compare the sleep quality scores, total incidence of complications and clinical assessment results of quality of life of the two groups of patients with comorbidities. Results Compared with the reference group of patients with comorbidities, there was no significant difference in the sleep quality score results before nursing in the study group (P>0.05). After the nursing care, the sleep quality score results showed a significant decrease (P<0.05); The total incidence of complications showed a significant decrease (P<0.05). Before the nursing care, there were no significant differences among the results of the quality of life survey scale (P>0.05). After the nursing care, the results of the Quality of life survey scale showed a significant improvement (P<0.05). Conclusion During the period of nursing intervention for patients with advanced malignant tumors complicated with intestinal obstruction in clinical practice, the reasonable application of evidence-based nursing methods can promote the dual improvement of patients' sleep quality and quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications.
