产后访视与预见性护理结合在改善产妇护理结局中的应用研究

摘要：目的深入分析将产后访视与预防性护理措施融合的干预模式在改善产妇护理结局中的应用效果。方法本研究于2023 年3 月至2024 年3 月随机选取我院成功分娩的80 名产妇随机分为两组。观察组行产后访视与预防性护理综合干预，对照组行标准产后护理，后续将对比分析两组护理方法的临床应用成效。结果相较于对照组，观察组的产后康复与新生儿护理知识水平评分显著升高（P<0.05）；观察组的相关临床症状较对照组显著改善（P<0.05）；观察组的并发症发病率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论产后访视与预见性护理相结合的模式能够有效改善产妇的护理结局，有在临床护理中推广应用的潜力。

Application research on the combination of postpartum visits and predictive nursing in improving maternal nursing outcomes

Abstract：Objective To deeply analyze the application effect of the intervention model integrating postpartum visits and preventive nursing measures in improving maternal nursing outcomes.Methods This study randomly divided 80 postpartum women who successfully gave birth in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 into two groups. The observation group received postpartum visits and comprehensive preventive nursing interventions, while the control group received standard postpartum care. The clinical application effectiveness of the two nursing methods will be compared and analyzed in the future.Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a significant increase in postpartum rehabilitation and neonatal nursing knowledge scores (P<0.05); The clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05); The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of postpartum visits and predictive nursing can effectively improve the nursing outcomes of postpartum women and has the potential to be promoted and applied in clinical nursing.
