细节护理服务在体检中心的应用效果研究 |

摘要：目的 本研究旨在探究细节护理服务在体检中心的应用效果。方法 采用随机对照实验法，选取2024 年6 月至12 月于某体检中心进行体检的60 名个体为研究对象，随机分为实验组（30 人）和对照组（30 人），分别实施细节护理服务与常规护理服务。通过对比两组在体检时长、完成率、突发事件发生率及护理满意度等指标的差异，评估不同护理模式的效果。结果 显示实验组体检时长显著短于对照组（1.25 小时vs 2.12 小时），体检完成率（93.33%vs70.00%）、交单率（100%vs80%）和单次体检完成率（90.00%vs60.00%）均更高；实验组突发事件发生率（10.00%vs46.67%）显著降低，护理总满意度（96.67%vs70.00%）显著提升。结论 细节护理服务可有效提高体检效率、降低风险、提升患者满意度，对体检中心服务质量优化具有重要推广价值。

Abstract: Objective This study aims to explore the application effect of detailed nursing services in physical examination centers. Methods A randomized controlled experiment was conducted. Sixty individuals who underwent physical examinations at a certain physical examination center from June to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group (30 people) and a control group (30 people), respectively receiving detailed nursing services and routine nursing services. By comparing the differences in indicators such as the duration of physical examination, completion rate, incidence of emergencies and satisfaction with nursing between the two groups, the effects of different nursing models were evaluated. Results It was shown that the physical examination duration of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (1.25 hours vs 2.12 hours), and the physical examination completion rate (93.33%vs70.00%), submission rate (100%vs80%), and single physical examination completion rate (90.00%vs60.00%) were all higher. The incidence of emergencies in the experimental group (10.00%vs46.67%) was significantly reduced, and the total satisfaction with nursing (96.67%vs70.00%) was significantly increased. Conclusion Detailed nursing services can effectively improve the efficiency of physical examinations, reduce risks, and enhance patient satisfaction. They have significant promotional value for optimizing the service quality of physical examination centers.
