标准化创伤急救流程结合创伤护理新技术在创伤急救中的应用 |

| 摘要：目的 探讨标准化创伤急救流程结合创伤护理新技术在创伤急救中的应用效果。方法 选取我院 2024 年1 月-2025 年1 月收治的创伤患者 100 例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50 例。对照组采用常规创伤急救流程及护理，观察组采用标准化创伤急救流程结合创伤护理新技术。比较两组患者的急救效果、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果 观察组患者的急救时间、休克纠正时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 标准化创伤急救流程结合创伤护理新技术可有效提高创伤患者的急救效果，降低并发症发生率，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Application of Standardized Trauma Emergency Procedures Combined with New Trauma Nursing Techniques in Trauma Emergency Treatment |

| Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of standardized trauma emergency procedures combined with new trauma nursing techniques in trauma emergency treatment. Methods A total of 100 trauma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional trauma emergency procedures and nursing, while the observation group received standardized trauma emergency procedures combined with new trauma nursing techniques. The emergency treatment effects, complication rates, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The emergency treatment time, shock correction time, and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05); the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05); the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of standardized trauma emergency procedures combined with new trauma nursing techniques can effectively improve the emergency treatment effect of trauma patients, reduce the complication rate, and increase patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
