快速康复护理干预对胫腓骨骨折围手术期患者的应用及疼痛程度的影响 |

| 摘要：目的 探讨对临床胫腓骨骨折围手术期患者，开展快速康复护理干预，研究其应用及疼痛程度的影响。方法 遴选2024 年12 月—2025 年8 月在本院就诊的100 例胫腓骨骨折患者为研究操作对象，盲选法分为：对照组（常规围术期护理）、观察组（围术期开展快速康复护理干预），每组50 例。结果 观察手术相关指标统计数值均小于对照组（P<0.05）。疼痛程度进行比较，在术后1d\2d\3d 的评分值显示更低（P<0.05）。足部功能施加比较，经干预后观察组的Maryland 评分\Bohler 角数据更高，其Gissane 角更低（P<0.05）。生活质量比拟，干预后观察组的各维度值更高水平（P<0.05）。结论 对临床胫腓骨骨折围手术期患者，开展快速康复护理干预，可有助于改善手术相关指标，缓解疼痛程度，提高足部功能和生活质量。 |

| The Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Perioperative Patients with Tibial and Fibular Fractures and Their Pain Levels |

| Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with tibial and fibular fractures during the perioperative period and its impact on pain levels. Methods A total of 100 patients with tibial and fibular fractures who were treated in our hospital from December 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional perioperative care) and an observation group (receiving rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention during the perioperative period), with 50 patients in each group. Results The surgical indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Pain scores on postoperative days 1, 2, and 3 were significantly lower in the observation group (P<0.05). Regarding foot function, the Maryland score and Bohler's angle were higher, while the Gissane angle was lower in the observation group after the intervention (P<0.05). The observation group also showed significantly higher scores in all dimensions of quality of life after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with tibial and fibular fractures during the perioperative period can help improve surgical outcomes, alleviate pain, and enhance foot function and quality of life. |
